We are seeking a dynamic and skilled AIML architect who is passionate about solving real world problems in the
healthcare domain using cutting edge capabilities and emerging technologies. As an AI solution architect, you will be
responsible for developing AI business case, solution design and as needed prototypes. You will follow advancements
in the state-of-the-art methods that are relevant to the particular use case and provide recommendations for model
development and experimentation.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement AI/ML strategies, vision, and guidelines in collaboration with business and IT
stakeholders.
• Design innovative AI solutions to various business problems, utilizing cutting-edge AI technologies.
• Work on transformational AI and automation initiatives to support business priorities.
• Research and evaluate new data sources, AI technology trends, and methodologies to enhance
organizational data science capabilities and solutions.
• Educate the team on AI technologies, best practices, and responsible use of AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into
architecture solutions.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML techniques and tools and identify opportunities to
enhance existing solutions.
• Document and communicate findings, methodologies, and insights to technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
• Utilize frameworks such as Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Vertex AI, and Azure AI Studio.
• Navigate MLRB processes in partnership with others for new AI use cases and deployments.
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and
any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations,
change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment,
alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business
environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute
discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or a similar role
• Experience implementing multiple machine learning techniques such as supervised, unsupervised,
reinforcement learning, Deep learning, NLP
• Experience with the full life cycle of AI/ML projects, including EDA, model development, tuning, and drift
analysis
• Should possess solid technical writing skills and must have published research papers in leading academic
journals on topics related to Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
• Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify
root causes and recommend solutions
• A sound understanding of common NLP tasks such as text classification, entity recognition, entity extraction,
and question answering
• Hands-on experience in delivering production-grade AI/ML projects
• Proficiency in frameworks such as Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Solid understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts
• Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Solid communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with the US Healthcare domain
• Experience in AIML R&D with demonstrable impact
