About Numan

Founded in 2018, we’ve already grown to be a 200+ team distributed across the globe, united by a singular mission: empowering people to take control of their health.

Numan is transforming health: we’ve built a cutting-edge platform that integrates diagnostics, medication, supplements, digital programmes, and doctor consultations. Giving people the tools they need to maximise life.

To deliver on our transformative mission, we are guided by our 5 company values:

• Patients first.
• Learn Fast.
• Own the quality.
• Succeed together.
• Care deeply.

Backed by top-tier investors, Numan is already having a positive impact on hundreds of thousands of patients here in the UK, and we want you to help us deliver this mission!

The role

This is a high-impact advisory role for a recognised expert in Women’s Health. You will shape and guide the delivery of care across peri/menopause, reproductive health (including PCOS and fertility), and midlife preventative services. You’ll be instrumental in supporting clinical quality, innovation, and safe service design within a digital health context.

As a trusted voice, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to improve outcomes for women. You’ll also represent Numan in clinical, policy, and public arenas - enhancing our reputation and credibility.

You’ll be:
  • Providing strategic clinical guidance across women’s health services, particularly around midlife and preventative care.
  • Advising senior leaders, including the CEO and Clinical Director, on risk, safety, and clinical effectiveness.
  • Helping to shape clinical models that align with best practice and current evidence.
  • Contributing to the development of new services by integrating real-world evidence, clinical insights, and innovation opportunities.
  • Representing Numan in clinical forums, research initiatives, and media engagements to help advance women’s health at scale.

  • We’re looking for someone who has:
  • A current or recent background as a consultant-level physician with expertise in endocrinology, women’s health, or sexual health.
  • Experience in clinical leadership roles within regulated or innovative healthcare environments.
  • A strong understanding of digital healthcare models, especially those supporting preventative and primary care.
  • The ability to advise executive teams, guide strategic direction, and contribute to clinical governance at a senior level.
  • A commitment to improving access, safety, and quality of care through data-informed, person-centred models

  • It’s a bonus if you have:
  • Served in an advisory capacity for healthtech, medtech, or life sciences organisations.
  • Familiarity with the UK’s healthcare regulations and frameworks (e.g. MHRA, NICE, CQC).
  • Experience with preventative health, personalised care pathways, or health behaviour change.
  • Membership or Fellowship of the British Menopause Society or equivalent clinical recognition.
  • Diversity at Numan

At Numan, people are at the heart of who we are. We recognise and value the unique perspectives and experiences that individuals from all backgrounds bring.

We promote innovation and creativity, enabling us to tackle things from various viewpoints and are committed to equal opportunities and continuously strive to create a workplace where everyone feels respected, heard, and valued.

Embracing diversity isn't just our goal; it's our strength, driving us towards a more inclusive future.
