As a Clinical Therapist at ACC, You Will:

• Provide client-centered therapy including individual, group, family, and crisis intervention services.

• Maintain a manageable caseload in alignment with program standards and best practices.

• Deliver services with cultural competence to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.

• Keep detailed, timely, and compliant clinical documentation per funding and agency standards.

• Participate in weekly clinical supervision and staff meetings to collaborate on treatment approaches.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including in-service trainings and seminars.

• Maintain a 60% productivity rate in direct service delivery.

• Collaborate in peer reviews with the Quality Department to uphold high standards of care.

• If applicable, complete 24 hours of child-specific continuing education annually.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Michigan (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, TLLP, LLP, or LP).

• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment.

Proficiency in computer systems for clinical documentation and reporting.
