  • Design and oversee the entire creative process for various business operations, including visual and UI design.
  • Participate in the planning and requirement discussions for operational activities, producing diverse design solutions.
  • Independently manage and follow through on the entire workflow, with a strong understanding of business needs and data.
  • Lead key design projects, ensuring the quality of the overall visual style and creative design solutions.

岗位职责
  • 负责平台不同业务向的运营创意及全设计流程设计，包括视觉、UI、交互的环节把控；
  • 参与运营活动的前期策划和需求讨论，从设计角度思考并产出多元化设计方案；
  • 对业务有较好的理解能力，关注数据，能独立负责并跟进全流程的工作；
  • 了解前沿的技术及海外设计趋势，研究目标用户审美倾向，制定符合体验且有创意的设计方案；
  • 独立承担重点设计项目，主导整体视觉风格和创意设计方案，并保证项目落地质量。

    • 任职资格
  • 5年以上视觉设计经验，海外本科及以上学历，具备项目全链路推动能力（不限视觉、UI、交互），有国际化案例或Web3区块链作品为优先；
  • 了解海外产品、视觉审美趋势，具备可提升国际化设计风格的探索与建立的能力（注重设计创新力），可提升品牌在海外市场的竞争力；
  • 有逻辑能力，主动独立思考，善于沟通，有独立与业务、产研有效配合项目落地经验能力；
  • 熟悉设计常用软件，包括但不限于Adobe Creative Suite、Figma、AIGC、C4D等；
  • 富有较强的团队协作精神，责任感强；
  • 具备一定的英文基础沟通能力，对海外人群习俗了解。
