Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our client's growing team. In this role, you will be the bridge between new clients and the successful rollout of our platform. Your job is to ensure home health care agencies experience a smooth, timely, and value-driven onboarding process. This role requires strong communication, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of customer-centric workflows in the healthcare software space.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new clients, from kickoff to go-live.
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients to tailor configurations based on agency size, care types, and payer sources.
Guide clients through software setup, including caregiver scheduling, patient onboarding, billing, EVV, and reporting.
Deliver virtual training sessions for agency administrators, HR teams, and field staff on how to use in-house web and mobile tools.
Customize onboarding timelines and communicate milestones, risks, and delays as needed.
Collaborate with our Support, Product, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot setup issues and provide feedback for platform enhancements.
Create and maintain clear onboarding documentation, checklists, and training materials.
Monitor and drive customer time-to-value metrics and transition accounts to Customer Success post-implementation.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in software implementation, onboarding, or customer success—preferably within healthcare, SaaS, or ERP platforms.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in virtual environments.
Experience working with clients in regulated industries, ideally home health care or related services.
Tech-savvy with the ability to understand product configurations, troubleshoot user issues, and train non-technical users.
Familiarity with EVV systems, Medicaid/Medicare workflows, and HIPAA compliance is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with healthcare SaaS platforms or EMR systems.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Monday.com
