Job Description for Marketing & Google Ads Specialist

Work Schedule: Full time - Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm PST with 1 hour unpaid break (8 paid hours per day)

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns 
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings across all business lines
  • Optimize Google My Business listings and map listings for local search
  • Monitor and optimize advertising spend across all campaigns
  • Ensure first-page Google rankings across different service areas
  • Manage online presence for paving, landscaping, and snow removal divisions
  • Create and maintain digital marketing strategies for multiple business entities


Requirements
  • Proven experience with Google Ads campaign management and optimization
  • Strong SEO knowledge and implementation skills
  • Experience with Google My Business and local map listings
  • Ability to manage multiple business profiles simultaneously
  • Track record of improving search rankings and online visibility
