Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer & Creative Director
Location: Remote
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing & E-Commerce Designer to support the visual execution of our marketing campaigns and product launches. This role is for a designer with a strong eye for layout and a sharp understanding of digital and e-commerce environments. You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to bring books, games, and gift products to life across channels.
Create or update catalogs, sell sheets, and sales collateral for seasonal campaigns
Create life-like digital mockups of books and products for marketing use and generate batches of digital book renders based on e-commerce needs
Assist with occasional light web updates (images, banners, etc.)
Build Amazon and other e-commerce imagery (A+ content, infographics, product mockups, carousels)
Design digital marketing assets: social media graphics, email banners, paid ads, influencer kits, and website visuals
3+ years experience in marketing design, e-commerce, or publishing
Strong portfolio of digital marketing and product-based design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Understanding of Amazon, Shopify, or e-commerce best practices a plus
Bonus: experience with Figma, or basic motion graphics
