This is a remote position.

Role Name: Appointment Setter

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Client Timezone: EDT - New York

Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional outbound calls to potential life insurance clients using provided scripts

  • Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the insurance professional

  • Maintain consistent communication standards and follow established calling procedures

  • Work directly with the business owner to meet daily appointment scheduling goals

  • Utilize company communication tools and scheduling systems effectively

  • Follow structured daily routines and achieve established performance metrics

  • Provide excellent customer service during initial client interactions


Requirements

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional work environment

  • Ability to follow scripts and established processes consistently

  • Professional phone manner and customer service orientation

  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM Eastern Time
