Summary
ScalableOS is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to
support our growing BPO operations. In this role, you will be a key player in driving the
success of our Business Development team by identifying and qualifying potential
leads — with a focus on Managed Service Providers (MSPs), IT and Tax & Accounting
firms in the US and global markets. Conduct in-depth market research, build targeted
prospect lists, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing to drive pipeline
growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential leads aligned with target
client profiles (MSPs, IT and Tax & Accounting firms) and current market trends.
• Utilize online resources, business databases, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google,
and industry directories to build and maintain high-quality prospect lists.
• Analyze and qualify leads based on key criteria such as industry relevance,
business size, decision-makers, and conversion potential.
• Maintain an organized, accurate, and up-to-date lead database
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation
strategies and share valuable market insights.
• Monitor, track, and report on lead generation activities and performance
metrics on a regular basis.
• Stay informed on ScalableOS service offerings, industry trends, and competitive
landscape to uncover new opportunities.
• Communicate research findings and lead details effectively to the sales team
for seamless handover and follow-up.
• Provide support on additional marketing and sales activities as needed,
including content research, event coordination, and campaign management.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Qualifications
• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in lead generation, prospect research, or similar
sales/marketing support roles — preferably within a BPO environment.
• Familiarity with the MSP and/or Tax & Accounting industries is a strong
advantage.
• Experience supporting international clients, especially in the US market, is
preferred.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify quality leads
and key decision-makers.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, and online research
platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage large data sets
and meet deadlines.

approach
