About The Role…

We are currently looking for a Sales Engineer to join our international Sales Engineer team, responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales team and prospective clients. You will play a key role in driving the success of our UCaaS solutions by delivering compelling presentations, designing tailored solutions, and providing exceptional customer service.

What You Will Do…

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
  • Assess client infrastructure and requirements to design tailored UCaaS solutions, including network architecture and integration strategies. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing expert technical guidance from initial scoping to implementation and ongoing optimization.
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders, particularly CTOs and CIOs of both partners and end customers, to communicate technical value and strategic fit.
  • Partner with the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure. Support proposal development, RFP responses, and technical negotiations to address client objections and finalize solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Wildix UCaaS solutions, staying current on product developments, industry trends, and competitive offerings. 
  • Share insights with internal teams and contribute feedback to product development
  • Create detailed proposals, diagrams, and presentations to illustrate solutions. Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client use cases, addressing technical inquiries, and ensuring clarity.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment, advocate for client needs, and contribute to successful solution delivery.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, sales enablement tools, and training materials to support internal teams and partners.
  • Proactively enhance your technical skills through self-study, formal training, and participation in industry events to stay ahead of technological advancements.
  • Provide hands-on support in setting up Wildix solutions (such as PBX) and assist new partners during their initial implementations, as needed.
  • Be available to travel as needed.



What You Will Bring…

  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or sales engineering, or technical consulting role in the UCaaS or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of Unified Communications technologies, including VoIP, video conferencing, messaging, and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in setting up UCaaS solutions like PBXs

Interview Process

🤝 Step 1: Initial Screening – A chat with our Talent Team to understand your background, experience, and motivations. (45 minutes)

🛠️ Step 2: Technical/Role-Specific Interview – A deep dive with your potential manager to assess your skills and fit for the role. (45 minutes)
