We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Marketing Director to lead our efforts in the Rigid-Flex PCB domain. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the strategic product direction for printed connectors by engaging directly with customers, analyzing market trends, and translating feedback into actionable market requirements. You will also drive strategic collaborations with key players in the high-reliability and high-density industries such as aerospace, medical devices, wearables, and advanced consumer electronics and lead our go-to-market efforts.

Contribution

  • Lead the market strategy and roadmap definition for Rigid Flex-related applications.
  • Engage regularly with customers (OEMs, Tier-1s, and design houses) to gather technical and commercial requirements.
  • Define and maintain MRDs with clear priorities aligned with market and customer needs.
  • Benchmark competing technologies and articulate our unique value proposition.
  • Build and manage partnerships with companies across the Rigid Flex supply chain.
  • Drive strategic customer engagements to successful closure, including ownership of contract negotiations, deal structuring, and revenue targets with key accounts.
  • Support sales and application teams with value-based messaging, collateral, and demo programs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing or business development in the PCB/flex circuit industry space.
  • Deep technical knowledge of interconnect systems, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and informed decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, including driving complex technical sales cycles and managing strategic customer relationships.
  • Direct experience working with or for companies such as TTM Technologies, Flexium, MFLEX, AT&S, Eltek, Sanmina, Zhen Ding, or Multek, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Rigid-Flex design principles, materials, reliability challenges, and manufacturing workflows.
  • Proven ability to write clear and actionable MRDs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This role can be remote or hybrid working out of our MA location.
