Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'Ayin

Reports to: DTG Manager (QA)


V&V Engineer ensures that Kornit's products meet all system requirements, adhere to specifications, and deliver a high-quality, competitive solution that fulfills customer needs and expectations.

What will you do?

  • Serve as the Verification & Validation focal point for a dedicated program within an Agile Scrum team.
  • Conduct requirements and PBI analysis, as well as risk assessment and comprehensive test planning.
  • Design and execute tests at all levels – from software standalone to full system integration, including black box and grey box testing at the system level.
  • Define and develop automated tests to support both V&V and R&D activities.
  • Analyze, document, and report test results, ensuring accurate defect logging and tracking to resolution.
  • Monitor and follow up on defects and open issues through their full lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with development teams to provide actionable feedback, support fault isolation, and maintain high-quality data handoffs.
  • Identify and investigate cross-product issues and dependencies.
  • Support the Service and Field teams in resolving escalated customer issues and contributing to root cause analysis.

 



Requirements

What You Should Have?

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering (Degree from Technion, Tel Aviv University or Ben-Gurion is an advantage).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Verification & Validation / QA engineering role.
  • Familiarity with QA methodologies and test documentation best practices.
  • Strong system-level perspective and ability to understand, analyze, and prioritize complex scenarios.
  • Hands-on experience with test planning, execution, and reporting in multidisciplinary environments.
  • Programming experience in at least one of the following languages: C#, Java, or Python.
  • Excellent communication skills in English – both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.

 

Advantages

  • Alumni of 8200 Unit or similar elite tech units.
  • Practical experience in testing multidisciplinary systems (mechanical, electrical, software).
  • Experience with Matlab and Simulink, especially in image processing contexts.
  • Knowledge of test automation frameworks such as AutoIt, Selenium, or JMeter.
  • Background in digital printing systems or Command & Control systems.
  • Experience in writing test plans, specifications, and validation documentation.
