THE ROLE:

Under the direction of the Corporate Governance Program Manager, the Corporate Governance Project Coordinator will facilitate the development and implementation of a Corporate Governance disclosure program to effectively respond to multiple regulations in various jurisdictions.

This role will collaboratively work on the development process and annual data collection for the publication of LNE's global reports and global legal requirements. The role requires the employee to work with and coordinate a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders across multiple markets on a range of different corporate-related topics.

Our ideal person will have experience in corporate reporting and be familiar with regulatory disclosures and responses. Comfortable working with and validating quantitative and qualitative data and an acute sense of judgement and tact when navigating competing agendas and priorities are pluses.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Coordinate and work with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to Finance, Compliance, Legal, HR, Regional, and Global Sustainability teams to develop a robust Governance Data Collection & Reporting program

  • Support external consultants to conduct data readiness review, and maximize internal engagement

  • Work with business stakeholders to identify gaps in data collection and data quality and develop replicable, scalable solutions that are aligned with multiple external reporting requirements.

  • Stay on top of regulatory requirement changes, project timeline and reporting deadlines in partnership with the global Compliance team.

  • Conduct meetings and report detailed project progress to senior management and key stakeholders.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Bachelors Degree in Compliance, Business, Legal, or related subject preferred

  • At least 2 -4 years of Compliance or Governance experience

  • Previous experience in the Entertainment Industry is a plus

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Excellent computer skills, including experience with project management applications like Asana, Jira, Trello, etc., and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, process improvement, and project management skills required

  • Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to meet organizational goals within deadlines

  • Ability to work in large global environments spanning multiple time zones

  • Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive and confidential information

  • Ability to present for small to medium-sized, cross-functional groups on relevant topics and Project management best practices

  • Passionate and willing to learn

  • Excellent soft skills

  • Familiarity with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) or PMP certified is a plus

The expected compensation for this position is:

$75,000.00 USD - $94,000.00 USD

** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
