Your Day to Day 
As a Technical Account Manager – MDM, German speaking you would be working on: 
  • Efficient Support --- You will monitor customer and escalation case queues to ensure efficient customer demand resolution and further escalation 

  • Continuous Learning --- You will follow MDM related markets and verify and test new functionalities to foresee possible customer challenges using our products 

  • Trends --- You will be accountable for identifying customer behavior trends and drivers, for product management and engineering to improve MDM customer experience 

What We’re Looking For 
As a Technical Account Manager - MDM, German speaking, your background will look like: 
  • Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of mobile devices and all operating software. This includes the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. 

  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to diagnose issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions is crucial. This often involves creative thinking and anticipating potential problems. 

  • Customer Service and Communication: Exceptional communication skills are necessary to explain technical information clearly to German speaking customers with varying levels of technical knowledge. Patience, empathy, and the ability to manage customer expectations are also important. 

  • Organizational Skills: Being well-organized helps in managing time and resources effectively. This includes tracking and managing information systems and networks. Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Self-management: Capacity to work independently, manage one’s own tasks, and assume responsibility for one’s own actions. It entails controlling one’s emotions, feelings, and behaviors in the workplace and determining a course of action based on established guidelines.
