Job Description

We’re looking for an Operations Support Specialist to our  Tech Metrics & Reporting Team to design, implement, and maintain robust analytics solutions that empower strategic planning and operational excellence across our one tech team. In this role, you’ll develop metrics frameworks, build intuitive dashboards, and deliver insights that drive data-informed decision-making at every level of the organization.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various tech systems. Create accurate, insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to support data-driven decisions.

  • Metrics Framework Development
    Design and manage multi-level metrics frameworks, including KPIs for strategic, operational, and development performance. Automate data collection from tools like Jira, SonarQube, and CI/CD platforms.

  • Dashboard & Visualization
    Build interactive dashboards tailored to different stakeholder needs—from executive-level summaries to operational views for tech teams.

  • Data Integration & Automation
    Integrate data from multiple sources and maintain reliable data pipelines. Automate reporting processes and ensure data quality and consistency.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    Work closely with tech domain owners and leadership to understand analytics needs, deliver insights, and support strategic planning.

  • Process Improvement & Documentation
    Continuously improve analytics processes, adopt new tools and best practices, and maintain clear documentation for metrics and reporting solutions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of data analysis and reporting methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical and statistical analysis capabilities
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with Jira, SonarQube, LeanIX, and CI/CD tools data extraction
  • Understanding of technology metrics and KPI frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data insights
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork
  • Curiosity and continuous learning attitude
  • Customer service orientation for internal stakeholders
  • Adaptability to changing requirements and priorities
  • University Degree in one of the following fields: Data Science / Statistics / Computer Science / Mathematics / Economics / Business Analytics
