Oversees digital content strategy and standards across all lines of business and is adept at writing and editing content for a range of audiences from existing and prospective patients, members, employees, students, public, etc. across all digital channels. Leads and mentors digital content team that authors and manages website and digital content for customer-facing engagement. Uses SEO and consumer lens to shape educational, informational and storytelling solutions that support system and health plan business and brand initiatives. Ensures all digital content follows established brand guidelines, aligns with all other consumer-facing marketing materials, and is production-ready for Geisinger's web templates and components.Job Duties:
