The Customer is a USA-based, commercial-stage medical technology company transforming organ transplant therapy for patients worldwide. Their mission is to help save more lives by increasing access to viable donor organs for patients who are awaiting transplantation.
PROJECT
You will be in the first line of the technical support team.
Serve as the first line in the 24/7 technical support team
Handle incoming incidents via live chat
Escalate issues to the appropriate team for deeper investigation
Maintain knowledge base, create FAQ articles, and continuously update support content
Communicate with the Customer upon occurred urgent questions and additional tasks
Overall computer and digital literacy
Upper-Intermediate level of English
