The Auto Pawn Lead Generation Specialist will manage the full customer acquisition funnel for auto pawn loans — from generating high-quality leads to converting them into closed loans. You’ll be responsible for executing marketing strategies, nurturing leads via WhatsApp and other channels, and leveraging analytics to optimize performance. This role is critical to driving growth in the Mexico auto pawn market and will require a deep understanding of consumer behavior, digital marketing tactics, and conversion-oriented communication related to auto pawn loans.  This role reports to the Director of Growth Marketing and will work with a close-knit global team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Generation & Campaign Management
    • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital ads, paid search, social, WhatsApp, SMS, referral, etc.) to generate qualified auto pawn leads.
    • Design and implement full-funnel campaigns, from awareness through to conversion.
    • Leverage WhatsApp for personalized lead follow-up, engagement, and pre-qualification steps.

  • Lead Nurturing & Conversion
    • Qualify and engage leads through prompt communication via WhatsApp, email, and calls.
    • Provide product education, respond to objections, and guide prospects through the application and approval process.
    • Partner with sales/loan officers to ensure seamless handoffs and timely follow-up.

  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Track and report on lead performance, conversion rates, and ROI by channel and campaign.
    • Build dashboards and deliver insights that inform ongoing optimization.
    • Use CRM and analytics tools to measure funnel drop-off and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and loan servicing teams to ensure consistent messaging and efficient processes.
    • Identify new tools, technologies, and strategies to improve lead quality and speed to close.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Education: University, professional degree completed
  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, performance marketing, or sales funnel management—ideally in automotive, financial services, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage the full lead lifecycle from top-of-funnel to closed customer.
  • Strong proficiency in WhatsApp for business communications.
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience using marketing automation, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI).
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent reporting and analytical skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in the Mexican auto finance or fintech industry.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards related to financial communications and data privacy in Mexico.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API and integrations.
