You will:

Solicit, manage, and edit docs contributions from others (product, customer experience, engineering, sales, marketing, etc) throughout the company.
Define, govern, and enforce information architecture, content type templates, style guidance, and taxonomy within the docs.
Author new content to convey challenging and complex ideas, concepts, and tasks in an understandable way.
Educate contributors on docs processes and best practices.
Research and become familiar with our tech stack to a degree that they can provide meaningful guidance and feedback: Git, Markdown, OpenAPI

You have:

Experience documenting sophisticated technologies for developers and software engineers, or similar work experience
Strong collaboration and communication skills
skills at tracking down elusive details from various teams (Engineering and Product) and transforming them into clear, useful information for the customer
