Position: Key Account Manager, Foodservice End-Users and Manufacturing
Location: Southwark, London, Remote

About the Position

In this critical role, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our presence in the foodservice sector — from QSR and casual dining groups to on-trade and hotel groups, among others.

Your mission will be to leverage the technical, category, and culinary expertise behind our market-leading brands to drive adoption of our plant-based products across foodservice operators and manufacturers, increasing market penetration and business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and develop a business pipeline with strategic end-users and manufacturing customers across various foodservice sectors.
  • Create and execute compelling commercial proposals, driving sustainable growth.
  • Manage P&L for a portfolio of customers, targeting growth and profitability.
  • Utilise your extensive network within the UK/I out-of-home sector to navigate complex scenarios and deliver value.

  • A robust network in the UK/I foodservice and/or manufacturing sectors and a passion for the foodservice industry.
  • Demonstrated commercial and sales expertise, with a track record of building strong proposals and negotiating effectively.
  • The ability to work autonomously, driven by a high level of accountability and a challenger mindset to make decisions quickly and operate with pace.
  • A commitment to driving tangible, lasting change in macro food categories, supporting personal development and the growth of Flora Food Group’s brands.
