As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in our centralized data analytics community, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and strategic partnership among analysts and data scientists. Working closely with Performance Marketing stakeholders, particularly in paid digital channels, you will focus on identifying critical metrics and insights that drive profitability and growth. Additionally, you’ll coordinate across analysts, marketers, and leadership to align goals, assumptions, negotiate trade-offs, and guide planning process.  
 
What You Will Do Here:  
    • Lead the development and evolution of advanced forecast models (e.g., time series, regression) to project revenue, traffic, conversion, CAC, and LTV across channels and product categories. 
    • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Strategy teams to reconcile top-down targets with bottom-up forecasts.  
    • Skilled in aligning stakeholders around forecast assumptions, present complex findings, facilitating trade-off conversations, and driving consensus through data-backed storytelling. 
       
    • Build and maintain scenario-based planning frameworks that incorporate key drivers such as media investment, promotional timing, seasonal elasticity, macroeconomic signals, and channel mix to inform strategy and optimize budget deployment. 
    • Own the full-cycle forecasting process (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly), triangulating inputs from media plans, product roadmaps, and historical trends to deliver accurate, business-critical forecasts. 
    • Design and operationalize robust KPI tracking and reporting infrastructure, including real-time forecast health checks, variance analysis, forecast accuracy scoring, and performance diagnostics. 
    • Act as a thought leader and strategic partner across Marketing, Finance, and Product.
    • Communicate key forecast assumptions, interpreting fluctuations, and advising on the financial and tactical implications of forecast variance. 
    • Build scalable solutions using various tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Python/R) to democratize insights, automate reporting, and enable deeper business visibility into forecast drivers and deviations. 
     The Skills You Will Bring:   
      • 5 minimal years of experience in advanced data analytics, with a strong focus on building and maintaining robust forecasting models to support business planning and performance management.  
      • Advanced proficiency in forecast modeling, scenario analysis, and automation; highly skilled in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation. Must be an expert in Excel.  
      • Proven expertise in developing time series, regression, and other quantitative models to accurately predict key business metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, AOV, CAC, and revenue. 
      • Strong understanding of forecasting best practices and principles, including seasonality adjustments, model triangulations, variance analysis to continuously improve forecast accuracy. 
      • Comfortable managing and interpreting large datasets, integrating multiple data sources, and transforming data into actionable insights. 
      • Solid grasp of key marketing and eCommerce KPIs with the ability to translate business results into meaningful business insights. 
      • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and methodical approach to validating assumptions and troubleshooting data anomalies. 
      • Self-starter who can independently manage forecasting processes and contribute to continuous improvement of analytical frameworks and reporting tools. Proven ability to lead end-to-end forecast planning cycles 
      • Degree in Economics or other quantitative fields preferred; Master’s a plus.

      The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed and may not be applicable to other locations.

      California : [$104,000-148,000]

      Connecticut and New York: [$104,000-135,500]

      Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota, and Washington: [$104,000 125,500]

      Nevada: [$97,750 - 135,500] 

      Maryland and New Jersey: [$112,250 - $135,500]

      Hawaii: [$97,750 - $118,000]
