Key responsibilities:
Perform hardware repairs, replacements, cleaning, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
Install and update software, diagnose software issues.
Support and maintain printers, including Laserjet, Multifunction, and Deskjet models.
Provide technical support at first and second levels, both remotely and on-site.
