Key responsibilities:

  • Perform hardware repairs, replacements, cleaning, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
  • Install and update software, diagnose software issues.
  • Support and maintain printers, including Laserjet, Multifunction, and Deskjet models.
  • Provide technical support at first and second levels, both remotely and on-site.

  • Hardware (reparos, troca de peças, limpezas, diagnósticos e soluções de problemas);
  • Software, (instalação e atualização em geral, diagnósticos de problemas);
  • Sistema operacional Windows e pacote office;
  • Suporte à impressoras (Laserjet, Multifuncional e Deskjet);
  • Atendimento 1° nível (telefônico e acesso remoto) e 2º nível:
  • Necessário habilitação pois usará carro da empresa para atendimentos.
