True Zero Technologies is seeking experienced Application Middleware Engineer to join our team.
This role will perform Application Middleware engineer tasks to support installation and maintenance of Web Server, Application Server, Application Release and Deployment support, Testing, Troubleshooting, and co-ordination with the data center and integrated application teams.
Qualification Requirements5-7 years of experience as Application Middleware EngineerBachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other equivalent experience.Have working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting in UNIX /Linux based environmentsWorking experience with the AWS Cloud hosted application environment. Strong hands-on experience in managing incidents, operational issues and driving operational excellence for the services/systemsKnowledge and experience with Oracle scripting and query (SQL or PL/SQL)Knowledge of the network protocols to identify the network connectivity and DNS requirements. Monitor all installed applications, and infrastructure to ensure the systems and infrastructure availabilityMonitor and test application performance for potential issues, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement fixesProvide system and application installation, patching, maintenance, and updates support as requiredDevelop and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.Collaborate with the application developer, tester, and application engineer for the application release.Provide testing support for the data center operations and maintenance activities.Provide research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve any system issues. Support system infrastructure and network change request tasks.Collaborate with various support teams for any cross-system troubleshooting efforts. Support system security finding/vulnerabilities remediation and ensure appropriate response to the risk and findingsProvide clients with technical support as needed and relay information to our development teams for ongoing maintenance and update needsSupport incident response process including documenting, communicating issues, issues analysis and reporting through completion.Document installation and configuration of product installation and create/maintain the application release implementation and configuration documentation.
