Job description

We’re hiring an API Product Manager to lead the ImagineArt API — someone fluent in developer needs, passionate about building platform products, and ready to shape the future of visual AI infrastructure.

You’ll own the end-to-end API product lifecycle from early roadmap and architecture to monetization, developer experience, and scale.

What You’ll Own

  • Product Strategy: Define the vision, roadmap, and KPIs for ImagineArt API

  • API Design & Delivery: Shape endpoints, schemas, versioning, and rate limits alongside engineering

  • Developer Experience: Drive a world-class DX — onboarding, docs, SDKs, testing, and support flows

  • User Research: Engage with developers, integrators, and partners to prioritize features and solve pain points

  • Monetization: Craft usage-based pricing models, free tiers, and developer quotas

  • Go-to-Market: Work cross-functionally to support sales, partnerships, and DevRel

Your Background

  • 6-8 years in product management, with 3+ years focused on API platforms or developer tools

  • Strong understanding of REST/GraphQL, OpenAPI, authentication, rate limits, and dev workflows

  • Proven experience shipping production-grade APIs and owning product metrics

  • Familiarity with Postman, Swagger, GitHub, and modern product management tools (Notion, Linear/Jira)

  • Great written communication — able to write clear PRDs, user flows, and technical specs

  • Bonus: Experience with generative AI, image APIs, creative tooling, or developer-focused SaaS
