Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Wellness & Retreat Travel Advisor to join our travel services team. This position is dedicated to designing, booking, and managing wellness-centered travel experiences—including yoga retreats, spa vacations, holistic getaways, and mindfulness-based journeys. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of wellness lifestyles with exceptional customer service and travel coordination skills, helping clients achieve balance, restoration, and personal growth through meaningful travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their wellness goals, travel preferences, and retreat expectations.

• Curate and book personalized wellness trips including accommodations, spa services, retreat programs, flights, and excursions.

• Provide expert advice on wellness destinations, retreat centers, resorts, and healing modalities.

• Manage all aspects of the booking process, including changes, cancellations, and special accommodations in alignment with company policies.

• Stay informed about global wellness trends, new retreats, and emerging destinations.

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat in a responsive and professional manner.

• Coordinate with resort staff, facilitators, and wellness program directors to ensure smooth experiences.

• Maintain detailed records of client preferences, bookings, payments, and feedback.

• Monitor travel advisories and ensure client safety and compliance with health regulations and entry requirements.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in travel coordination, hospitality, or wellness tourism.

• Familiarity with popular wellness destinations (e.g., Bali, Costa Rica, Thailand, Sedona, Tulum, Iceland).

• Deep understanding of wellness practices such as yoga, meditation, detox, Ayurveda, or holistic healing is preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills with a calm, empathetic tone.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple clients and tasks.

• Proficiency with travel booking software, CRMs, and productivity tools.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in wellness, travel, or hospitality fields is a plus.
