Working Title: Senior Financial Analyst (Claims)

FLSA Status: Exempt

Posting Salary Range: $53,045 - $75,361

Office Location: Remote within North Carolina.

What We’re Looking For

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for Senior Financial Analyst to join our Claims Team. This positions primary responsibilities include analysis, reconciliation, auditing and reporting functions within the Claims Department. The ideal candidate for this position displays a strong attention to detail.  Candidate should have the capability to do additional research in order to solve problems while having a working knowledge of auditing claims. On a typical day, you might:

  • Reconcile data flow between processing systems.

 

  • Generate internal and external reporting of claims statistics.

 

  • Maintain claims statistics and auditing spreadsheets.

 

  • Assess and redesign claims processes.

 

  • Review claims data for audits and reviews to determine accuracy and validity/integrity.

 

  • Validate, improve, and/or create Claims Data reporting.

 

  • Assists with report development for various projects.

Qualifications: 

Education:

Associate’s degree and four (4) years of experience in business, accounting or financial analysis.

OR

Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in business, accounting or financial analysis.

OR

Equivalent combination of education/experience.

 

Preferred Experience:

Prefer experience in the areas of accounting, data analysis, data management, statistics, reporting, and use of databases.

 

License/Certification:

Must have a valid driver’s license.

 

Location:

Remote within North Carolina. 
 Must reside in NC to be considered for remote status.
