About the Role 

This is a key role in the organization that works cross-functionally both internally and externally. The SP Team acts as the “front door” of Tides, vetting all new leads and prospective clients across our four dynamic partner segments. As a key support for this busy and highly visible team, your primary role will be to partner with the Operations Manager and the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships in coordinating day to day workflows and projects of the team. This role will execute an efficient workflow across the new partner journey and lifecycle. 

 

Along with the assessment and onboarding of all new partners at Tides, this role will be responsible for new partner communications, Salesforce administration, general team administration, scheduling, and special projects.


This position is classified as part of our collective bargaining unit (SEIU 1021).

 

What you will Do 

Intake Coordination (55%)

  • Aggregate and filter all leads that come through via phone, email, website, and internal referral sources and track in Salesforce
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective new partners until SP advisor assignment; follow up with potential partners via phone and/or email when needed to make an initial fit assessment.  
  • Organize and facilitate the weekly Advisor Workshop
  • Support Advisors with intake and onboard process, including collecting related materials from partner and keeping everything organized in Salesforce.
  • Take notes in biweekly/monthly intake meetings and support the Operations Manager in planning the intake meeting agendas, as needed. 

Special Projects and Team Health (25%)

  • Manage the institutional membership renewal process and maintain the tracking spreadsheet.
  • Lead and assist on special projects focused on our operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Support the Operations Manager in planning team retreats, team lunches, and regular team building activities
  • Assist with the creation of weekly team meeting agendas and note-taking  

Director Support (10%)

  • Support the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships with scheduling, new partner follow-ups as needed, and other general administrative responsibilities.
  • Assist Director with project management as needed. 

Salesforce Administration and Pipeline Reporting (10%)

  • Maintain the Active Leads Pipeline and Advisor Workshop dashboard
  • Ongoing Salesforce updates and project tracking

  • Support the Operations Manager and Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships with data pulls for reports and presentations, as needed

Compensation  

Tides is committed to providing a competitive compensation package. We value pay equity and account for factors such as your location within the U.S., your skills and your relevant experience, and we will not ask for your salary history.  

Your starting salary will fall into this range:  

  • $54,500 - $68,100 (Most of the United States)
  • $59,400 - $74,300 (Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington D.C. metro areas)
  • $82,500 - $95,700 (New York City & San Francisco metro areas)
