This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to potential clients through a limited number of cold calls (approximately 10 per day), emails, and other communication channels.
Prioritize administrative work related to client management and support.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continuous engagement and identifying opportunities for future business.
Present the company's services in a compelling manner, addressing the specific needs and concerns of the prospect.
May be required to participate in client video calls, presenting service packages or addressing client queries.
Collaborate with the broader team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and provide insights on market trends and customer feedback.
Continuously update CRM or relevant systems with client interactions, feedback, and service progress.
Fluent in spoken English, with strong written communication skills.
Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
Strong probing skills to understand client needs and offer relevant solutions.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships.
Previous experience in client-facing roles, sales, or admin support is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software and other client management tools.
Highly Regarded Skills and Experience:
Experience in service-based industries such as cleaning, hospitality, or home care.
Knowledge of local market trends, client acquisition strategies, and customer retention techniques.
Ability to handle objections and provide solutions in real-time.
