This is a remote position.
Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms within the e-commerce sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs in paid media campaigns.
- Experience with conversion tracking setup, including GA4, GTM, and enhanced e-commerce tracking.
- Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in using advertising and analytics tools, including Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Advertising platform.
- Excellent understanding of video advertising formats and integration within Google Ads.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to speak clearly and concisely. Must be confident in directly engaging with clients on Zoom calls (camera on) alongside our team.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Microsoft Advertising Certification) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment or managing multiple e-commerce client accounts.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce.
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and sales funnel optimization.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
