Job description

You’ll work closely with the Head of Production, Project Managers, and Casting Director to assist with day-to-day operations. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and support time-sensitive tasks will help keep the team running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a remote assistant for internal team members and talent

• Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and project tracking

• Assist with file organization, data entry, and document preparation

• Communicate updates and deadlines between departments and stakeholders

• Take notes during virtual meetings and follow up on action items

• Help ensure deliverables are organized and accessible

• Flag potential issues or delays and assist with resolution

• Provide general administrative support as needed
