Description

Key responsibilities of the role, include: 

 

  • Work with Retail Solutions, Aftermarket, Operations, Finance, FBS, CEO & Commercial Teams to ensure effective implementation of account plans, opportunity plans and programs.  
  • Work with Customer Stakeholders to deliver all key program metrics. 
  • Harmonize Customer requirements, supervise response to Customer tenders as well as quotation for cross national opportunities 
  • Ability to focus and improve E2E supply chain, that gives the customer greater confidence in ensuring that product demand time lines are achieved. 
  • Provide Implementation Forecasts and planning numbers to ensure successful program delivery. 
  • Build strong customer relationships and service ethic that ensures GVR develops and maintains a distinct competitive advantage across the customer organisation. 
  • Carry out analysis of agreed Monthly reports to provide comment and identify improvement opportunities required to deliver exceptional performance, minimise unfavourable cost trends, and provide this to the Contract Steering Committee. 
  • Analyse program performance statistics and resolve any issues on performance with internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. 

Requirements

EDUCATION/ ACHIEVEMENTS 

A proven track record in successful business development from conception and strategy to implementation and operations. 

Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering or Business. 

EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE 

Sales experience including major commercial accounts negotiation.  

Thorough knowledge of Commercial markets.
