Tenengroup, a leading E-commerce company, seeks a Site Operations Lead to be in charge of task allocation, defining responsibilities, ensuring optimized processes, meeting deadlines, and performing needful actions successfully.

Site Operations Lead should lead a high-quality team that backs up each other, contains stable knowledge, and is flexible to dynamic changes.

This might be your most exciting and challenging professional time – being at the center of the action, where your actions and decisions deeply impact the company's day-to-day and long-term business.


Responsibilities

As "Site Operations Team Leader" you will be in charge of:

  • Manage orders flow from sites to factory – volume, due dates, priority, allocation
  • Coordination between main business units – real time operational impact during high season. Factory – Sales - Customer service
  • Manage Customer ETA expectations – when will my package arrive?
  • Manage shipping offering – ETA, gaps, pricing, messaging, available options
  • Manage shipping offering testing setup and control
  • Manage cross site elements, messaging, and settings – based on ETA during high season
  • Manage QA team member responsible for QA of processes above
  • E-commerce Operations Department is looking for Site Operations Lead.

  • Analytical skills – enjoying logical challenges. Every day will have a new situation to resolve.
  • Teamwork – collaborate naturally with others
  • Strong communication skills, able to present and mediate different stake holders’ interests
  • During high season (6 weeks) – available around the clock, be on top of real time challenges and perform necessary actions effectively under high pressure.
