LOCATION: Las Vegas, Nevada (on-site)

REPORTS TO: Fraud Supervisor

The Role:

We are looking for an organized, ambitious, and detail-oriented Card Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for the daily customer-related operations of our card product, and will work closely with the business and strategy team to optimize operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a smart, driven, and analytical professional who has a demonstrated ability to execute, problem-solve, and work with multiple shifting priorities.


Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Entering and updating cardholder information in our database
  • Tracking and investigating cardholder fraud and dispute claims
  • Helping to develop and implement new processes 
  • Calculating credit refunds and processing account adjustments
  • Understanding and analyzing various reports
  • Working with multiple departments to optimize procedures 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills 
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail 
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with investigating cardholder fraud and dispute claims
