invite you to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated Payroll & Bookkeeper Specialist!

Responsibilities:

  • Full payroll management for all company employees, including monthly salary preparation, calculation of hours, vacation, sick leave, overtime, recuperation pay, etc.
  • Handling monthly reports to external entities: Income Tax Authority, National Insurance Institute, pension funds, managers’ insurance, provident funds, and advanced study funds.
  • Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes – including forms 101, 161, severance pay release forms.
  • Managing payslips, deductions, reimbursements, and employee credits.
  • Monitoring collective/personal agreements, labor laws, and salary updates.
  • Generating payroll reports and providing salary-related data to management.
  • Recording and filing supplier and customer invoices; account reconciliations.
  • Issuing receipts, tax invoices, credit notes, and preparing monthly reports for VAT, income tax, and National Insurance.
  • Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, suppliers, and customers.
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly reports for the company’s accountant.
  • Assisting in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.

Requirements

  • Certified Payroll Accountant.
  • Bookkeeping certification Level 3 or higher – A must (Level 3 preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in a combined payroll and bookkeeping role.
  • Proficiency in 'Shiklulit' and 'Michpal' payroll softwares.
  • Proficiency in 'NetSuite'.
  • Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Full proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • High level of organization, accuracy, personal responsibility, and ability to work independently.

Advantage:

  • Experience Working in the high-tech industry/ a global company.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Workday, FloQast, and prior bookkeeping experience, a plus
