About the Role:
Are you passionate about data, technology, and sustainability? Join our team as an AI - IT Trainee – Data Collection, Reporting & Sustainability Analyst to support impactful projects in our hotels. You'll work closely with the headquarters team to collect, analyze, and consolidate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance)-related data while contributing to our goal of reducing environmental impacts across the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI System Calibration: Assist with recalibrating our AI system, Winnow, for categorizing food waste, extracting relevant data, and creating quarterly reports for chefs.
• Carbon Footprint Analysis: Support the calculation of CO2 emissions from food and beverage purchases.
• Power BI Reporting: Help classify Responsible Sourcing data and develop Power BI reports.
• Green Data Consolidation: Contribute to automating data collection for our PMI (Green Data) platform by streamlining data inputs and workflows.
• API Development: Coordinate with energy and water suppliers to create APIs for data integration.
• Social Data Management: Optimize and centralize social responsibility tracking systems, transitioning from Google Sheets to a more robust solution.
• Data Trend Analysis: Identify patterns and actionable insights through data analysis to enhance decision-making.
• Sustainability Reports: Assist in preparing internal and external sustainability reports while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, Environmental Science, or a related field (final-year students preferred).
• Availability for a six-month internship with an internship agreement, starting August/September 2025.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for sustainability.
• Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Excel, Outlook 365, and AI-related platforms.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to thrive in a multicultural environment.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
• Fluent in English (French proficiency is a plus).
