The specialist and project Co-ordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the successful delivery of projects and is actively involved in the coordination of various Customer Success projects.
Co-Ordinate internally and track project progress (Collaborate with the development team to effectively manage project volumes, workflows, and minimise delays through the onboarding process)
Ensure thorough and accurate record-keeping
Proven IT experience with proven experience in a Project coordination
Passion for IT and understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Ability to manage multiple priorities, strong problem solving and multitasking skills
Attend and take WIP meeting notes and documenting key actions for project stakeholders
Co-ordinate and arrange Project Stakeholder meetings
Working closely with Internal Stakeholders
Getting weekly updates from project team and updating project plans
Writing/updating weekly customer status reports based on the plan and progress (automation is underway to help manage this)
Recording issues and risks in registers and tracking progress of resolutions
Performed Project Planning or co-ordination previously (required)
Demonstrated experience managing & delivering project planning in an IT/SaaS field previously (preferred)
Basic understanding of IT areas ie Sprint Planning, JIRA’s (ideal)
Experiencing in Project Managing new customers (Onboarding) onto a platform
Master of time management
A practical-minded hands on approach coupled with excellent communication and people skills
A willingness and competency to perform as part of a tight-knit team
Able to schedule and programme projects and their tasks, considering sales pipeline and resources
Able to prepare and provide reporting on the project: progress, risks, communication
