Job description

Are you looking for a long-term project? We need an experienced site manager to take control of a multi-residential project for a national company.

Day to day running of site
Ensuring that the site is run to the highest level of safety
Mentoring and managing site administrator
Liaising with head office, ensure that costs are controlled through good site management
Reducing risk by ensuring that traffic management and pedestrian management plans are in place and adhered to, and all records are in place.
Ensure the quality of the job meets the standards expected

As this role is remote to head office, excellent communications skills are required.
