Remote Cruise Specialist

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through cruise options, tailoring recommendations to match their travel goals and budget
  

• Share insights about cruise lines, itineraries, and destinations, especially throughout the Caribbean
  

• Manage end-to-end booking logistics including reservations, guest preferences, and payment coordination
  

• Build long-term client relationships that inspire trust, loyalty, and referrals
  

• Keep up-to-date on current travel regulations, promotions, and cruise industry trends
  

What We're Looking For:

• Personal cruise experience preferred, but not required
  

• A friendly, proactive communicator who enjoys working with people
  

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to self-manage in a remote setting
  

• Comfortable using booking tools and digital platforms for managing client needs
