We are looking for a Digital Marketer / Admin Officer,  who’s as comfortable launching a lead-gen campaign as they are coordinating a team meeting across time zones. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who’s tech-savvy, self-driven, and thrives in a digital-first work culture.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Duties:

  • Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Create and manage engaging content for social media, blogs, and email newsletters

  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies (SEO, SEM, CRO)

  • Maintain and update the company website using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Wix)

  • Manage CRM tools and lead generation systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Mailchimp)

  • Coordinate graphic design and video editing for digital campaigns

  • Monitor trends, competitors, and industry changes to keep strategies fresh and effective

Administrative Duties:
  • Handle general office administration and clerical tasks

  • Manage document filing, calendar scheduling, and correspondence

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal memos as required

  • Provide administrative support for meetings, travel arrangements, and office supplies

  • Liaise with vendors, customers, and service providers

  • Maintain organized digital and physical records

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing or administrative role

  • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools)

  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not Required):

  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
  • Experience with marketing automation
  • Familiarity with Zoho products or similar cloud-based business tools

Salary Range -- N200,000 - N250,000
