NetSuite Specialist

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly experienced NetSuite Specialist (Functional Administrator) to be a key player in the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of our new NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate will possess a strong functional understanding of NetSuite and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, including participation in implementation projects and a proven ability to configure and customize NetSuite to align with business processes. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of successfully delivering solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary functional resource for the NetSuite implementation project.
  
• Configure and customize NetSuite modules to meet specific business requirements across key processes, including:
  • Lead to Quote
    
  • Order to Cash
    
  • Fixed Assets
    
  • Plan to Produce
    
  • Procure to Pay
    
  • Record to Report
    
  • Design, develop, and maintain workflows, saved searches, and reports within NetSuite to optimize business processes.
    
• Develop and maintain custom workflows (SuiteFlow) to automate business processes.
  
• Create and customize NetSuite forms, records, and fields to meet specific business requirements.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams to manage and support integrations with other systems.
  
• Develop and deliver end-user training for NetSuite functionalities during and after Go-Live.
  
• Provide ongoing technical and functional support to NetSuite users, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
  
• Stay informed about new NetSuite releases, features, and best practices to recommend and implement system enhancements.
  
• Maintain the security, integrity, and accuracy of NetSuite data.
  
• Establish and maintain real-time data connections with third-party analytics tools, specifically Looker and BigQuery, to support reporting and analysis.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Functional Administrator or Consultant.
  
• Demonstrable experience in at least one full NetSuite implementation project.
  
• Proven ability to design and implement NetSuite workflows and customizations using configuration tools.
  
• Solid understanding of core ERP business processes and best practices.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Proven experience working with third-party analytics tools, particularly Looker and BigQuery.
  
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (Mandatory: Fluent English / Desirable: Portuguese (Brazil) or Russian).
  
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
