Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to collaborate closely with our development team and product manager. This role will be pivotal in refining our Agile methodology, optimizing our product performance, and ensuring that our software aligns with business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand initiatives and break them down into actionable stories.
Draft, define, and maintain epics, user stories, and tasks that the development team can execute.
Map out realistic project dependencies and ensure timely execution.
Optimize the product backlog for maximum product performance, development sequence, and ultimate business value.
Write and conduct acceptance tests to ensure product quality and alignment with user stories.
Regularly review the development team's completed work, ensuring that the product meets customer expectations and adheres to acceptance criteria.
Refine our Agile methodology, tools (JIRA/Atlassian etc.), and processes based on results and feedback.
Stay updated on industry and competitor trends, ensuring our product remains competitive and relevant.
