Drive

Requirements
8+ years of progressive experience in audit, finance/accounting roles, with
at least 3+ years leadership roles in global or multinational finance
operations. Experience in the fin-tech, payments, or technology industry is
highly desirable.
Strong
proficiency in IFRS, accounting principles, financial reporting,
budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Prior
experience leading and managing a global finance team
Proven ability to drive process improvements, automation, and
operational efficiencies
Professional
certification (e.g., CFA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) required.
Experience
with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
