Job description

Description

Sentra is on a mission to enable cloud-driven organizations to regain control and secure their data. Through Sentra’s unique platform, teams can improve their data security practices in the cloud, and mitigate the risks of potential data leaks by providing comprehensive visibility into critical data assets. Sentra enables security teams to gain full visibility and control of data, as well as protect against sensitive data breaches across the entire public cloud stack. By discovering where all the sensitive data is, how it’s secured, who has access to it, and where it’s going, Sentra reduces the ‘data attack surface.’ (the sum of all places where sensitive or critical data is traveling to).

Sentra is a Series B powerhouse in the DSPM space, backed by $103M in funding, led by Key1 Partner and Bessemer Venture Partners. With dual headquarters in Tel Aviv and New York City, our rapidly growing team of 80+ employees is on a mission to revolutionize cloud security for companies worldwide.

As our Go-To-Market (GTM) Systems Manager, you’ll be a critical member of our newly created Revenue Operations team, where you’ll design and implement world-class GTM systems infrastructure that will enable our GTM engine to grow efficiently and quickly. You will analyze how various GTM tech-stacks work together, develop strategies to develop and deliver new system features, and when it comes down to it, you'll get stuff done. You’ll need grit, a scrappy disposition, and curiosity for the SFDC and AI ecosystem; above all, a willingness to learn anything and everything that goes into scaling, developing, and operating a global GTM systems infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Own our sales tech stack (SFDC, Leandata, Zoominfo, etc) and drive full-cycle technical implementation initiatives: business/technical requirements gathering, development, QA, and implementation of new system features.
  • Lead systems infrastructure roadmap design, enhancement, and regularly evaluate new technologies in the market, namely AI and GTM automation.
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies and technical process improvement initiatives across the sales funnel
  • Develop novel strategies and processes to maintain GTM data quality and data flow across systems and enrichment sources

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in managing and administering SFDC and core sales tools (data enrichment, lead matching and routing, CPQ, sales outreach automation, etc)
  • Ability to manage projects at varying complexity levels, from user provisioning, Salesforce Flows / Apex, to integrating a new sales automation tool.
  • Strong conviction and ability to influence internal-resource allocation for new systems features: buy vs build (ie. buy and integrate new systems vs develope new features in-house).
  • Prior experience in managing vendor relationships and commercial planning for high-growth SaaS startups in the $50M - $100M+ ARR range
  • A plus: Experience with marketing automation (Pardot, Hubspot)
  • NYC-area based and willing to work in a flexible hybrid remote / in-office environment
