Job Description

The Role

The Business Growth Manager will focus on driving customer acquisition and generating high-quality leads, playing a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and fuel company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize lead generation and prospecting activities, focusing on delivering tailored product presentations and negotiations to secure new high-value business opportunities.
  • Perform thorough and extensive account profiling through detailed research and strategic questioning to align solutions with the objectives of corporate clients.
  • Dedicate the majority of time to conducting client visits within VisMin area, emphasizing relationship-building and consultative interactions to better understand client needs.
  • Craft and execute strategic sales plans designed to achieve and exceed defined sales targets, utilizing a consultative approach to proactively address client challenges and opportunities.
  • Prepare and analyze sales performance reports and tools, including trend analyses, to monitor progress and implement improvements that drive sales success.

  • Proven expertise in identifying and engaging potential high-value clients, with strong negotiation capabilities to secure business deals effectively.
  • Ability to expertly communicate and deliver presentations in both English and the local dialect, tailored to clients at all levels from various industries.
  • Highly dedicated and resilient, capable of overcoming obstacles and maintaining focus on goals in challenging situations.
  •  Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment, showing proactive problem-solving and innovation.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development for B2B high-value accounts, with a focus on driving account acquisition and growth.
  • Possesses a strong sense of purpose aligned with helping others succeed, with a proactive approach to achieving business objectives.
  • Willing and able to travel extensively within the Visayas-Mindanao (VisMin) region for client visits, and to Manila for training sessions and company events at SEEK PH headquarters.
