About the Role

Successfully coordinate the Global inventory of the Service plants to achieve customer satisfaction, optimum cost and driving collaboration and the continuous improvement culture in the teams. Activities include Cycle counts, product repairs, CRM, Advance replacements and Spare parts fulfillment.

What You Will Do

  • Manage inventory control activities to comply with procedures and drive inventory level improvements.
  • Identify and implement improvements to reduce obsolescence risk
  • Support stocking levels to ensure customer demands and service requirements are met.
  • Finished Good & Raw Material inventory analysis: Identify actions to address excess and overstock.  Optimize the spare parts global inventory level.
  • Manage Scrap approval process: Coordinate the requests with the requesters and finance
  • Drive continuous improvement in department, company, and customer interactions.
  • Provide on-going communication with management and inter-departmental functions in all regions.
  • Assure all customers are serviced promptly, accurately, effectively, efficiently and in a professional manner.
  • Interface as required with customers, service providers and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure company goals can be met.
  • Support and track on NPI spare parts for all service centers
  • Administer systematically end of life on service parts (EOL) globally
  • Maintains Inventory accuracy on Spare parts warehouses in all regions, leading cycle counts programs. 
  • Leads, monitor, reports, control and direct actions from the Advance replacement program (AR)
  • Provide ERP / SAP guidance and direction to the global service teams

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 5 years of experience in planning and inventory management (globally)
  • Proven Management and/or relationship management experience
  • Significant experience in the Inventory management, MRP/Master planning cycle processes
  • Knowledge on inventory control tasks (cycle count, audits, optimized locations, etc.)
  • English 90%, Advance English level (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations)
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Able to interpret data and develop strategy to drive improvements
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients
  • Established track record of exceeding targets, KPI’s
  • Demonstrate ability to motivate and communicate with others at all levels
  • Must have a high level of sense of urgency and drive the business with data
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to adapt and succeed in a changing environment
  • Evidence of well-developed leadership skills

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Previous experience with SAP, QLICK, IBP, Advanced Excel preferred
  • Experience working with global cross-functional teams.
