We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is excited to be part of a high-growth national brand. In this role, you’ll manage the entire sales process—turning leads into business owners—and bring insight, structure, and mentorship to a growing sales team.

This role is ideal for a motivated closer who knows how to own a pipeline and enjoys helping others succeed along the way.

🛠️ What You’ll Do:

  • Handle all phases of the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to close

  • Qualify leads and develop outbound strategies to grow the pipeline

  • Run discovery and strategy calls with potential franchisees

  • Present the value of the franchise opportunity clearly and persuasively

  • Maintain accurate records and next steps in a CRM (HubSpot or similar)

  • Offer feedback on trends, objections, and competitor activity

  • Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to team-wide sales goals

  • Act as a mentor to newer reps, offering guidance and support
