Ideal for recruiters with an agency background, this role focuses on creating and maintaining strong candidate pipelines, delivering a high-touch experience at scale, and optimizing workflows with hiring managers.
Source, screen, and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing roles
Own full-cycle recruitment across fast-growing teams
Deliver responsive, consistent communication throughout the candidate journey
Use ATS and recruitment tools to stay organized and data-driven
Work closely with hiring managers to meet evolving hiring needs
2–3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced settings
Strong sourcing abilities and candidate relationship skills
Great organizational habits and tech fluency (ATS/CRM platforms)
Strong communicator who thrives on responsiveness and clarity
Comfortable working remotely and independently during PST or EST hours
