Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support in French, assisting customers with their inquiries regarding online orders, product details, and shopping policies.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to address any order-related issues and ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay informed about the latest promotions, products, and updates to enhance customer interactions.
  • Engage proactively with customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Participate in continuous training programs to elevate your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French, with strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, especially in the online shopping or retail sector.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a determination to provide high-quality customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
