Summary of Duties: Develop and maintain test frameworks, tools, and scripts to test software applications. Conduct thorough testing. Drive quality standards and procedures.  Lead and coordinate deployment of software applications across different sites and maintain synchronization. Review and evaluate software applications to ensure compliance with project requirements and design specifications. Prepare and maintain application and testing documentation. Identify and report issues, bugs, and other defects to developers. Manage the resolution process. As needed, escalate appropriately. Perform unit testing and collaborate with developers to identify and fix defects. Strategize and collaborate with key internal and partner stakeholders to document acceptance testing. Participate in team standup meetings to discuss project status, issues, and progress. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.  Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPPA

 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Developer, Programmer Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst, Software Engineer, Test Engineer, or related occupation. Requires experience with the following: Developing and executing test strategies including writing test cases, test execution, logging and tracking defects until deployment; Utilize CI/CD tools and processes to ensure standardization for application deployment across multiple organizations; Developing and quality checking programs using React; Analyzing and understanding the root cause of software defects and issues, API requests and response validation to validate newly developed features using POSTMAN; Validating database tables with SQL queries, handling Technical and Feature Documentation including database mappings and table mappings; Testing coverage across web applications before deploying to users and scope to find out new enhancements and improvements to applications; Managing multi-site rollouts of new Web Services applications.
