Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and eager to kick-start a career in enterprise software sales. As a BDR at Perspectium, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, initiating conversations, and setting the foundation for long-term client relationships. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to drive qualified leads through the sales pipeline and play a critical role in the success of our go-to-market strategy.
 

Required Experience/Skills:

  • BA/BS degree is a must
  • 1-2 years of relevant business development experience preferably in software sales
  • Demonstrated ability to present effectively and understand how to sell to a technical solution
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, organization and teamwork
